WX Test Shop Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you book, sign in or visit WX Test Shop: your name, phone number, email (optional), your vehicles (year, make, model, mileage, plate or VIN if you give it), your appointments, repair orders, estimates and what you approved or declined, and messages you send to or receive from the shop.

Why. To book and do your service, send you the messages above, remember your vehicle's history, and run the shop. The shop uses your history to remind you of work that is due or that you put off.

Who sees it. WX Test Shop's staff. The shop uses Worxflow (the software that runs the shop's website, customer app and messaging) and its service providers to store your information and send texts and email on the shop's behalf.

Your choices. Reply STOP to stop texts. To see, correct or delete your information, or to stop email, write to testowner@worxflow.io. The shop may keep records it must keep by law or for your warranty.

Cookies. The website and app set a sign-in cookie and a visitor ID cookie used to count visits.

Children. The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.
